Connor’s experience includes design planning and presenting, color scheme coordination, vendor subcontracting, environmental plan formation, and artwork selection.

Connor lives and works in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he studies Organizational Sociology at the University of Virginia. Connor previously attended Piedmont Community College and majored in Economics. In addition to his studies, Connor works as a Fulfillment Specialist for the clothing chain Rhoback, an active lifestyle golf brand that emphasizes comfort. Connor fills e-commerce orders and conducts routine inventory audits, proactively communicating inventory issues with the Fulfillment Manager. Connor is well-known for providing excellent customer service, serving as a team motivator, and maintaining storage facilities.

Connor Croll learned about the day-to-day operations of a company while working as a home staging assistant at Redesign Staging. Real estate agents, developers, and owners were among the clients using the services, as home staging also assists present homeowners in decluttering and organizing their homes. The interior design services provided by the organization swiftly transform buildings to suit individual tastes and lifestyles.

Another passion of Connor’s is cooking. He spent several summers working in the food and beverage industry. Connor worked as a sandwich maker for Newks Express Cafe in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He was responsible for welcoming customers, conducting daily shop opening and closing procedures, and maintaining customer and food prep areas. Connor Croll set up the food preparation stations and restocked supplies while delivering exceptional customer service focused on quality. He helped increase sales by becoming an expert at addressing customer expectations, speaking with consumers about menu selections, and making recommendations to satisfy specific requirements. He helped consumers by settling disputes and contributed to increased customer satisfaction by immediately responding and resolving food or service problems. He taught sandwich artists the importance of precision and quality with regard to Newcomb family standards.

Connor Croll also worked as a barback and bouncer for The Grocery, a brewpub in Tuscaloosa. In addition to resolving conflicts, Connor was in charge of ID verification for entry, confirming levels of intoxication, and escorting people out prior to escalations. In addition to assisting bartenders behind the bar, Connor performed nightly inventory and restocked items as needed. His interest in the hospitality industry motivated him to study drink menus and recipes. Connor used his customer service skills and mixology knowledge to make helpful recommendations to clients and train new hires.
